I was skeptical about spending the money, but the smooth interior is so gentle on cracked skin that I actually look forward to putting them on between feeds. They stay put through the night without any pinching, and I've noticed my nipples feel noticeably calmer by morning.
These kept my nipples from sticking to my bra between feeds, which was the worst part of the first few weeks. They're small enough to wear under a nursing tank without showing, though they do slide around a bit if I'm not careful.
These kept my nipples from rubbing against my bra during those early cluster feeds, which was a lifesaver. Only wish the edges were a touch softer since they leave slight marks after a few hours. Still, they've earned a permanent spot in my nursing bag.
