By day five I could actually sit down without wincing, which I did not expect from a bath soak. The lavender and frankincense smell more herbal than flowery, and the salts dissolve fast instead of leaving grit in the tub.

I was nervous about my first soak but the aloe vera in these made it so gentle on my stitches. The frankincense gives it a warm, earthy smell that's way more calming than plain Epsom salt. I've been using them every night this week and they've honestly been the best part of my recovery.

The lavender in these made the whole bathroom smell like a spa, which I appreciated way more than I expected at 2am. Sat in the tub for twenty minutes and the aching really eased off. The aloe must be doing something because my stitches didn't sting near as much after.
